Thank you for shopping with Bliss Berry Choco. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders within the United States.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience high order volume or delays, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Shipping method

  • Package weight

Estimated delivery time is provided at checkout but may vary depending on the carrier.

Common carriers we use:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain products (depending on carrier restrictions).

4. Warm Weather Shipping (Chocolate & Sweets)

Because our products are sensitive to heat, during warm weather months we may:

  • Add ice packs

  • Use insulated packaging

  • Ship only Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays

Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee products won’t melt if left outside after delivery.

Please track your package and bring it inside promptly.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Carrier inability to deliver

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked as “delivered” but not received,

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Lost by the carrier

please contact us within 48 hours so we can help file a claim or issue a replacement if eligible.

For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging.

8. Shipping During Holidays

Holiday seasons may cause longer processing and delivery times.
We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
