1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (food items / perishable goods), we cannot accept returns after an order has been opened or delivered, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, melted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order.
After the order enters processing or ships, cancellation is no longer possible.
